Christoph Schoen: Montenegro remains attractive for investment

The announced investment of 13 million € at the Mediteran Hotel in Ulcinj is a good signal that investors are interested in investing in Montenegro, said the Foreign Investors Council (MFIC).

Christoph Schoen, president of the Foreign Investors Council, said the institution welcomes any new investment.

“We see the announced investment of 13 million € in Mediteran Hotel in Ulcinj as a good signal that investors are interested in investing in Montenegro. This is positive news, especially given the duration of the Covid-19 pandemic,” said Schoen.

The Chicago-based Bećović Management Group, owned by Isa Bećović, has announced that it will invest 13 million € in the Hotel Mediteran complex.

He signed an agreement with the representatives of the Government, which defines that the future facility will be ready by the summer season of 2025.
