For the fourth consecutive year, the Investment Agency of Montenegro acted as an institutional partner of the event, actively promoting Montenegro as a reliable and promising destination for investments in energy and renewable sources.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The opening speech was delivered by the Acting Director of the Investment Agency, <strong>Mirjana Koji\u0107<\/strong>, who emphasized the importance of regional cooperation and Montenegro\u2019s role in the energy transition:<\/p>\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Energy Week Western Balkans represents a key platform for exchanging knowledge, experiences, and innovations in the energy sector. Montenegro is open for investments and ready to develop projects that contribute to sustainable development and energy efficiency&#8221; <\/em> Koji\u0107 said.<\/p>\n\n<p>During the conference, participants had the opportunity to learn about the latest trends and challenges in the sector through key panels:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ministerial Panel: The Path to 2040<\/strong> \u2013 the regional strategy to achieve 20 GW of new renewables by 2040, the role of regional cooperation, and alignment with the EU Green Deal. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n          <strong>Enabling the Hybrid Renewables Era<\/strong>\n        <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n          <strong>De-risking Utility-Scale Solar, Wind, and Storage Projects for Investors<\/strong>\n        <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n          <strong>Next-Gen PPAs \u2013 Contracts for Difference &amp; Corporate Models<\/strong>\n        <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n          <strong>Investing in Grid Modernisation for a Renewable Future<\/strong>\n        <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n          <strong>Market Integration and Power Exchange Evolution<\/strong>\n        <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n          <strong>Industrial Decarbonisation and the Impact of CBAM<\/strong>\n        <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The two-day conference brought together experts, investors, and representatives of public institutions from the region, focusing on renewable energy, energy efficiency, and innovations in the energy sector.
