The workshop took place at the Parliament of Romania in Bucharest from 2\u20134 December 2025, bringing together participants from 11 countries..    <\/p>\n\n<p>This program aims to strengthen the institutional capacities of participating states, enhance transparency, and improve the efficiency of development projects implemented through PPPs.
