The Director of the Montenegrin Investment Agency, Snežana Đurović, met today with the Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, Slaven Radunović, to discuss key infrastructure projects and future plans for the development of urban and rural areas in Montenegro.
Minister Radunović emphasized the importance of continuous cooperation between the Ministry and the Agency in order to ensure the long-term and sustainable development of urban areas, as well as rural areas, through a balanced approach and careful planning. “Our goal is to create conditions for growth and development in all regions of Montenegro, with a special focus on projects that improve the quality of life of citizens and increase the country’s economic potential,” said Radunović.
Director Đurović emphasized the importance of investments for accelerating the implementation of strategic projects, stressing that the Agency is committed to providing support in all phases of implementation, from planning to completion of projects. “Montenegro offers great potential for investors, and our goal is to support all initiatives that contribute to the progress and modernization of infrastructure through transparent and efficient processes,” said Đurović.
During the meeting, Đurović and Radunović discussed the possibilities of further improving the legislative framework in order to facilitate the implementation of priority projects and attract credible investors.
The meeting ended with an agreement on strengthening interdepartmental cooperation and regular exchange of information in order to ensure maximum efficiency in the implementation of started and future projects.
