



The Montenegrin Investment Agency actively participated in the first ABSL Western Balkans Conference 2025, the leading regional event dedicated to the business services sector, held in October 2025. 2024.
The two-day event brought together over 200 leaders, experts, institutional representatives, and investors from across the Western Balkans and Europe, who explored key topics of talent, technology, transformation, and investment under the theme “Unlocking Potential: Balkan Bridges for Global Impact.”
The closing panel of the conference, titled “Attracting Investments to Western Balkans by Investment Agencies”, gathered representatives of institutions and agencies supporting investment development across the region.
Representing the Montenegrin Investment Agency, Radojica Petrović joined Amra Hašimbegović (KAIP Sarajevo), Geraldina Fejzaj (AIDA Albania), Arjodita Mustali (ABSL Albania), and Annabell Kreuzer (GiZ) in discussing how investment agencies can strengthen the region’s visibility as an attractive destination for knowledge-based, talent-driven, and sustainable investments.
Through engaging sessions and valuable exchanges, the ABSL Western Balkans Conference 2025 confirmed that the Western Balkans hold strong potential to become a regional hub for business services, built on innovation, collaboration, and human capital.
The conference was organized with the support of the RECONOMY Program – an inclusive and green economic development program of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), implemented by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation in partnership with Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe and other partners in the Eastern Partnership and Western Balkans region.
