Montenegrin Investment Agency organized the workshop “Potential PPP Projects in Montenegro”, which took place on Monday, September 29, 2025, at the Agency’s premises. The focus of the workshop was on identifying, prioritizing, and defining the next steps for potential public–private partnership (PPP) projects.
The workshop was led by Mario Turković, a PPP expert from SIGMA, who, through interactive presentations and discussions, introduced the framework for PPP projects as well as the methodology of the so-called “quick feasibility test.”
A particularly noteworthy aspect was the active role of public sector representatives, who attended in large numbers and presented their project proposals. This demonstrated the readiness of institutions to develop sustainable projects of importance to both citizens and the economy through the PPP model.
During the workshop, the portfolio of ideas was reviewed, along with the current level of project preparation (assets, permits, assessments), while the final session focused on defining the next steps, timelines, and responsibilities for each initiative.
By organizing such events, the Investment Agency of Montenegro continues to actively contribute to improving the investment climate and fostering the development of quality projects that will support economic growth and modernization of Montenegro.
