Montenegrin Investment Agency Participated in a Regional Workshop on Public–Private Partnerships in Bucharest

Representatives of the Montenegrin Investment Agency and the Ministry of Finance participated in a three-day workshop on the topic of Public–Private Partnerships (PPP), organized by the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) of the U.S. Department of Commerce and supported by the Ministry of Finance of Romania. The workshop took place at the Parliament of Romania in Bucharest from 2–4 December 2025, bringing together participants from 11 countries..

This program aims to strengthen the institutional capacities of participating states, enhance transparency, and improve the efficiency of development projects implemented through PPPs. The workshop included regulatory analyses, as well as assessments of legal, technical, financial, political risks and related challenges.

On behalf of the Montenegrin Investment Agency, Acting Director Mirjana Kojić and Assistant Director Radojica Petrović took active participation.

The participation of our delegation reaffirms Montenegro’s strong commitment to modernizing institutional standards and aligning with the highest international practices in the field of public–private partnership development.
