Montenegro and Greece: A stronger link between investment agencies

On the sidelines of the II Regional Conference on Public-Private Partnership, the Director of the Montenegrin Investment Agency, Snežana Đurović, met with Evangelos Arvanitis, Director of Strategic Investments from Enterprise Greece, in order to improve cooperation between Montenegro and Greece in the field of investments.

During the meeting, the importance of cooperation through the exchange of knowledge and experience in the promotion of investment potential and the development of public-private partnership was emphasized. As a concrete step in this direction, Đurović and Arvanitis confirmed the importance of the recently signed Memorandum of Understanding between the Montenegrin Investment Agency and Enterprise Greece. This Memorandum lays the foundations for the implementation of joint initiatives that will strengthen the capacities of both agencies in attracting foreign investments and promoting economic development.

Enterprise Greece, the official investment agency of the Greek government, operates under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and plays an important role in positioning Greece as an attractive destination for investors. Through unified services for the support of investors and the promotion of Greek products on foreign markets, Enterprise Greece provides comprehensive support during all phases of investment projects.

This meeting marks a step forward in strengthening investment ties between Montenegro and Greece, providing a basis for joint projects that will contribute to economic development and strengthen cooperation at the regional level, as well as the exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of strategic investments and public-private partnerships.
