Opening of the 2nd Regional PPP Conference

In the opening segment of the conference, remarks will be delivered by Snezana Đurović, Director of the Investment Agency of Montenegro; Piotr-Nils Gorecki, representative of SIGMA; and Yngve Engström, Head of the Cooperation Sector of the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro. Following their opening addresses, the Minister of Finance of Montenegro, Novica Vuković, will officially inaugurate the conference with his speech.

We are pleased to announce the first panel of our 2nd Regional PPP Conference! The panel, titled “Montenegro: PPP Vision and Mission,” will set the stage for discussions on the strategic goals and future direction of public-private partnerships in Montenegro.

2. Announcement of the Second Panel at the 2nd Regional PPP Conference

Our second panel will focus on “Public-Private Partnership an Opportunity for Infrastructural Development of Montenegro.”

This session will bring together representatives from both public and private sectors to explore the opportunities, as well as the challenges, involved in the project cycles of public-private partnerships in Montenegro.

3. Announcement of the Third Panel at the 2nd Regional PPP Conference

The theme of our third panel is “Larger Scale PPP Projects.” Join us to learn about significant PPP initiatives, their impacts, and the best practices that can drive high-value partnerships.

4. Announcement of the Fourth Panel at the 2nd Regional PPP Conference

The fourth panel will cover “Financing Smaller Scale PPP Projects in the Region.” This session will delve into the financial strategies and solutions that support smaller-scale public-private partnership projects across the region.
